Coordinator, DNAP-PD Program

Job Summary

Provides high-level administrative and operational coordination for the DNAP Practice Doctorate (PD) program. The Coordinator supports the Program Administrator and Assistant Program Administrators by managing program logistics, maintaining academic records, facilitating communication with students and faculty, and contributing to the successful implementation of program objectives and projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the DNAP-PD program and its alignment with institutional goals. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred; Associate’s degree required. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in higher education, program coordination, or administrative support. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems. 
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines. 
  • Experience with graduate-level healthcare programs or clinical education preferred.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the DNAP-PD program, managing communications with faculty, students, and external stakeholders. 
  • Supports the Program Administrator and Assistant Program Administrators with daily program operations. 
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings, events, and appointments for program leadership and faculty. 
  • Maintains academic records, course documentation, and student tracking systems. 
  • Assists in the preparation and maintenance of student handbooks, course materials, and policy updates. 
  • Communicates with students and faculty regarding academic deadlines, requirements, and program updates. 
  • Supports data collection for program outcomes, accreditation, and reporting needs. 
  • Assists in the planning and execution of MTSA events, including but not limited to White Coat Ceremony, graduation, and other DNAP-PD related events. 
  • Maintains program calendars, directories, and digital filing systems. 
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
