Job Summary
Provides high-level administrative and operational coordination for the DNAP Practice Doctorate (PD) program. The Coordinator supports the Program Administrator and Assistant Program Administrators by managing program logistics, maintaining academic records, facilitating communication with students and faculty, and contributing to the successful implementation of program objectives and projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the DNAP-PD program and its alignment with institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred; Associate’s degree required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in higher education, program coordination, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with graduate-level healthcare programs or clinical education preferred.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the DNAP-PD program, ensuring clear communications with faculty, students, and external stakeholders.
- Provide daily operational support to the Program Administrator and Assistant Program Administrators.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, and appointments for program leadership.
- Assist with various meetings, including Staff and PRC, as needed.
- Communicates academic calendar changes in collaboration with the Registrar's Office, ensuring timely distribution to all relevant personnel.
- Support data collection for program outcomes, accreditation, and reporting needs.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of MTSA events such as White Coat Ceremony, New Student Orientation, Senior Day, incoming student First Day, graduation, and other DNAP-PD program events.
- Proctor exams for students requiring special accommodations.
- Manage departmental administrative functions, including credit card expense reporting, supply ordering, inventory management, and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for mission trips, TANA, national meetings, and other student and faculty events as needed.
- Maintain program directories and ensure accurate records management.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
